Michelle has diverse experience in operational and leadership health and safety roles in complex and high-risk environments across both private and public sectors, including manufacturing, recycling, transport and warehousing, engineering and mechanical workshops. 

Areas of expertise include providing strategic direction, building worker engagement, and the development of management systems.

Michelle is an accredited professional through NZISM, the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management, and is registered with HASANZ, the Health and Safety Association New Zealand. Michelle is also a SafePlus Assessor.
